Cancellation and Refund Policy

Return Process:

Chod Se’ is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.

Our team will get the request. Neglect or improper use isn’t covered.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days, back to the original payment method.

Cancellations:

Before shipping or within 24 hours of the order, a full refund will be accepted.

After 2 hours of order placement, there is a 30% deduction for prepaid orders.

No refunds once shipped.
